The White truffle found on the Samminatesi Hills, known as the food of kings, is found just centimeters from the soil surface, in very few areas where a unique combination of fauna and flora foster and nurture this miracle of nature.

The White Truffle of San Minato Tuscany is featured in selected restaurants of the world and for a very limited period of time during the year.
