The aim of the consultation is to understand the guests physical ailments, mental worries, etc.

This allows the teacher to suggest routines for removing bodily ailments and mental imbalances through yogic aspect, providing the opportunity to explain the importance of yoga in connecting the body, mind and spirit  

Evening : from 5pm to 6pm “Sun Salutation Practice”

The aim of this class is to generate the “Prana”, life force, all over the body
